Easy Event Parking Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

Easy Event Parking and ParkFIFA.com are private parking reservation services that secure and reserve parking inventory specifically for each customer. Due to limited parking availability and the inability to resell parking spaces close to event dates, all cancellations are subject to the following terms.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@easyeventparking.com and must include the purchaser's full name, email address used for purchase, order number, and event name.

Refund Schedule

More than 30 days before event: 90% refund. A 10% administrative and processing fee will be retained.

15–29 days before event: 50% refund.

14 days or less before event: No refunds.

Event Cancellation

If the event itself is officially canceled and not rescheduled, customers may request a full refund of the parking reservation amount paid. Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event cancellation announcement.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, parking reservations will automatically transfer to the new event date whenever possible.

Unused Parking Passes

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, failure to use a pass, late arrival, traffic delays, weather, vehicle issues, personal scheduling conflicts, forgotten passes, or failure to present a valid QR code.

Non-Affiliation

Easy Event Parking and ParkFIFA.com are independent private parking reservation services and are not affiliated with FIFA, FIFA World Cup, AT&T Stadium, Dallas Cowboys, event promoters, concert organizers, venue operators, teams, leagues, or performers unless expressly stated otherwise.
